2. Free analysis
The free analysis is a quick automated check of the publicly available part of your website. It shows a score, the most important problems, and how search engines and AI assistants read the site.
It is indicative: it does not go in depth and does not measure search positions or AI assistant recommendations. No sign-up or payment is needed.
3. Full report
The full report is an in-depth analysis that we run only after you order it. It is not a document prepared in advance: the measurement takes place after payment.
It includes your site's positions in search engines for keywords we choose for the site (which you can edit), questions to AI assistants about whether they recommend you, a technical check of the site, a comparison with similar sites, and a list of recommended steps with instructions.
The report is usually ready within 10 minutes of payment. Some parts may take longer because of the speed of external data sources, in rare cases up to 24 hours; the report then fills in by itself. We let you know by e-mail when it is ready.
4. How we measure
We run the analysis with our own methodology and specialised third-party search and language-model services.
Results capture the state at the time of measurement. Search engines and AI assistants answer differently depending on place, time, language and user, so they may differ from what you see. We do not guarantee specific positions or AI recommendations; the report shows what can be improved.
5. Price and payment
The final price is shown in the order before payment. You pay by card or wallet through the Stripe payment gateway; we neither process nor store card details.
6. Account and access
The report is available in your account. If you have none, we create one from the e-mail entered at payment and send a sign-in link to it. If an account with that e-mail already exists, the report is added to it.
7. Right of withdrawal
The full report is digital content whose delivery starts immediately after payment. By ordering you request that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the report is delivered.
8. Complaints and refunds
If the report cannot be produced, for example because the website is unavailable, we refund the payment automatically.
You can file a complaint by e-mail within 14 days of delivery. We handle it without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.
9. Personal data
We process your e-mail and details of the analysed website to provide the service, manage your account and fulfil your order. We do not share them with third parties other than processors needed to provide the service (hosting, payments, e-mail delivery, data sources for the analysis).
10. Changes
We may change these terms. An order is governed by the version in effect when it was paid.
